By using our proofreading, translation, subtitling, transcription, and Google Calendar integration services, you agree not to use the results for unlawful purposes or to infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

2. Price and Service Changes

We reserve the right to change the prices of our services and update the terms of service without prior notice. Price and service changes will be effective from the date updated.

3. User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the content you provide to us for proofreading, translation, subtitling, transcription, and Google Calendar integration services. We are not responsible for the content of your materials.

1. Collection of Personal Information

We collect personal information that you provide to us when using our services, such as name, email address, phone number, and relevant related information. We will only use this information for purposes related to the services you request.

Refund and Return Policy

1. Purchased products cannot be refunded for any reason.

2. If there is an overpayment, the funds will be deposited for the next order.

3. If you are not satisfied with our services, you can request a revision.

4. Purchased service products from Xerpihan cannot be exchanged for other products.

Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Time

The delivery time for our proofreading, translation, subtitling, transcription, and Google Calendar integration services may vary depending on the volume and complexity of the project. We will provide an estimated delivery time before starting the service.

2. Delivery Accuracy

We are committed to providing services according to the agreed delivery time. However, if there is a delay beyond our control, we will notify you and find the best solution.

Transaction Flow

1. Service Order

You can place an order for our services through our platform by filling out the order form or by contacting our support team. Please provide the necessary details to start the service.

2. Confirmation and Payment

After you fill out the order form, you will receive a link to make a payment. Payment can be made through the methods available on our platform. Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email that your payment has been successful.

3. Delivery of Results

We will process the requested services according to the agreed delivery time. The results will be delivered to you through the platform or other delivery methods.

4. Evaluation and Further Services

We will request feedback from you after you receive the service results. If revisions are needed, we will take the necessary steps to meet your needs.

Work Mechanism

1. Proofreading

Proofreading is done manually with the help of Track Changes in Microsoft Word. Every change made is a suggestion for improvement from us, not necessarily to be accepted. By ordering proofreading, you agree that you are ordering writing correction services from our Language Experts (graduates of English Literature from UGM).

2. Subtitling

Subtitling services ordered indicate that you have ordered our subtitle creation services. The subtitle creation fully follows your preferences, such as format, punctuation, and writing style. Additionally, you can choose to get srt, ass, or even hardsub (video files with embedded subtitles).

3. Translation

Translation is done with the help of various tools such as Thesaurus, Google Translate, and KBBI. This means the work is done manually word by word by our Language Experts (graduates of English Literature from UGM) with proper writing rules. The tools used are only to facilitate and expedite the work.

4. Transcription

Transcription involves writing recordings into text in any format. Unlike subtitling, transcription does not consider timestamps and only produces word/docx documents in the agreed format.

Case Study

Proofreading/Translation

In this case, misunderstandings about the results often occur. For example, in translation, we work without changing the sentence structure (paraphrasing) if the existing sentences are already good in terms of writing (correct grammar and easily understood). Therefore, please mark which parts need to be changed if the sentences are not suitable.

Subtitling/Transcription

Because we guarantee satisfaction with every work, we do not guarantee that the first delivery of the work will be satisfactory. Please communicate your preferences clearly, and we will adjust them as best and as quickly as possible.
